Bass Pro Shops Complaint - Over charge for Gift Card and Order Wrong
SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI -- Ordered a gift card for Fathers Day and was charged $10 extra for the card and then 2 months later I got credited $5 of that. Then my father ordered a fly fishing combo set and the order was in correct when shipped to him as well as they had some glinch in the system and his order number they had sent him on his back order notice was later changed to a different number without notice and in the mean time they sent him a gift card for a refund that never took place by my dad & that belonged to the other person who now had his old order number and my dads order was stated they didn't have and wouldn't have till Oct and in the mean time everything was in actual fact there in there wearhouse and they shipped it as my request and then it wasn't even the correct stuff and they blamed it on the glinch and then when he looked at his c.c. receipt they never applied his $ gift card that I had given to him to his order and the excuse was the glinch was the problem and they applied it to the old order number and not the new number. In the mean time the merchandise is being shipped back to the company in disgust to them and the way they do business and the gift card will never be used since we will never and I mean never do business with this company again. I can understand 1 error but 6 errors that is uncalled for. I had even written there complaint department online and to this day I have never received a response back from them.
