La Quinta Compliment - Above and beyond

You know the feeling that you're forgetting something upon leaving for a vacation? I felt it yesterday. Deodorant? Check. Enough clothes to wear? Check. Wallet and cell phone? Check. Ticket to get into the theme park that you printed out at home? .... Oops.

Called the front desk and asked if there was a computer/printer available. There was not. Thankfully I had saved the email with my ticket attachment and I brought the iPad with 3G on the trip with me.

The gentleman said I could forward the email to that location's email address and he would be happy to print it out for me.

And that's exactly what happened. Went down to the front desk immediately after forwarding the e-mail, and the ticket was waiting for me, along with a warm smile from the front desk agent.
