Delta Airlines Complaint - Disappointed About My Place To With I Went To
I ordered my ticket weeks before I went to ark. I called for my ticket over the phone and then was confirmed over internet about the time and place. I went the next day to get my tickets and things but the people at the minot airport said I couldn't get my ticket until the day before I left so I waited the day before. I left I picked up my ticket and I just looked at it and I seen that is was for fayvillie but didn't look that close it said it for fayvillie nc so I got one the plain on September 22 at 5:00am and got to minn and left there and was on a plain to alanta ga. I sat and waited for a half an hour and then when up to the airline personal and asked if this plane was going to ark and he said no way that I was on the wrong flight to go and get on the right plane I went to the complaints person and she was so mean and not even helpful and that I would have to pay more money said that I know that I was going to nc because I had my confirmation # and it said it on it and it wasn't there fault that I didn't read it right and that I would have to pay more and I would have to stay in nc until I got on a new flight I was so scared I didn't no what to do so I went to another person and that lady helped me I fill that Delta should give my a ticket for my inconvenience. I didn't mess it up Delta fix it without a ex charge but I wouldn't ever fly from your company again I was very upset and scaried that I wouldn't get there to see my grandson for his 13th birthday. So I want you to fix what I went through.
