Sprint Complaint - Poor Customer Service

I am an IRATE customer who was thinking about purchasing an IPhone. Spent over an hour trying to understand your data plans last night. Today, I had the BRIGHT idea of going to the Sprint Service Center at San Johns Town Center, Jacksonville, FL. The person that walked-in just ahead of me had already signed in and was being serviced. I signed in and proceeded to have a seat inside the store.
While waiting for 45 minutes, could not help but notice the techs having fun in the back (the area where they check and fix the phones). The shift manager was also there. At least one of the "associates" roamed from register to register killing time until it was time to close her register and depart.
A young couple who had shortly before entered the store was approached by the manager and one of the "associates." I waved my arms to get their attention. But was unsuccessful. The associated was committed to the couple who had not even signed in.
The manager then approached me and asked if there was a problem. I pointed out that I was on the list and she replied she thought I was waiting on repairs. She rudely answered a couple of questions with a BAD attitude. I will never get back those 45 minutes of my life!
