FPL Complaint - Two bills every month
When I moved in to the new apartment last February I was surprised that there were two bills that I have been receiving. Every month I have been receiving two bills and I pay them, until I lost my job and couldn't afford to be paying two bills every month. When I called FPL they told me that was the bill from my previous apartment but when I paid it eversince two bills where coming to my house.
They have been charging fees like $250 for moving. That's a rip off!!!! I don't know where else to get the money to pay my electric bill. I hope somebody could help me with this... I am desperate!
