Bank of America Complaint - The person at the door who insists on on interrupting your entrant
I have never liked the change Bank of America went to several years ago. They have put a person at the very front of the bank to stop you, assess your need(invade your privacy), and direct(limit) your access to areas of the bank. In all the years they've been doing this, I have only encountered 1 front employee of theirs who was helpful. He was in Atlanta on Ponce de Leon. I travel across America and need banking service in various locales and get hotter than a pepper when I am obstructed from doing my business by these nefarious blockers. Bank of America sucks down fees from we customers like water and tries at EVERY turn to NOT provide any service for those fees! What can we then surmise? Not only are we paying blood-suckingly greedy twits at the top of the bank who need our fees to get their astoundingly over the top salaries, but they now are intellectually challenged because they have lost total touch with true customer needs. We know who we need to do business with when we enter the bank. For those who don't, have a customer service desk cbined with a secretary to assist the other bank personnel in various ways. QUIT blocking your customers and trying to make them interlopers and not the people without whose money, you would not have a job!!!
