Amazon Complaint - Receiving wrong product

I ordered two cases of coconut water plain and received coconut chocolate water, which btw is awful. It was an offering to me through email from Amazon. I acknowledge the word chocolate was most likely present but I did not see it. I made the mistake of assuming the offer was exactly like my previous order but I feel tricked and therefore ripped off. All of my previous orders with Amazon have been excellent. Hope this isn't a corporate trend.

As to why I didn't return the two cases is because I am in my seventies and getting them back to shipping place becomes a complicated process for me.

I am a big fan of Amazon and remain one, just a bit disappointed in both of us.

The first thing you should do is redact the name and email address. Unless, of course, you enjoy spam mail and identity theft. I fail to see how you could post with something other than the name of the place you are complaining about.

You can ask Amazon for a pre-printed return address label, and then ask your poster carrier to take the box for you, so you can have it shipped back to Amazon.

I've returned one thing to Amazon, and they make it so easy on the customer.
