Fred Meyer, 60 Division Ave, Eugene, OR Complaint - Dept. Manager very rude!! & not helpful at all
Complaint
The dept manager was called due to a malfunctioning cash regester, and the clerk needed a mgr's over ride. When Jude got there she was very unprofessional, rude and did not help at all. In fact all the other people standing behinde me even said something about her.
She was rude to me, and made off the wall comments about if you don't swipe your card for the third time, then you won't be making a purchase.
I called and talked to the store mananger and he told me to file a complaint.
Jude doe not need to be dealing with customers, as her customer service skills are nill!!
