Sears Complaint - Phone/online ordering
I purchased a refrigerator over the phone and the salesperson guaranteed that I could get a delivery date within one week which is imperative as my refrigerator stopped working altogether. They said they would call within 24-48 hours to confirm - no one called I called back three times and was promised three new delivery dates and to wait to hear. Again no one called and now they tell me tha the system does not allow them to move up delivery dates so it will be another ten days.
This is by far the WORST sales experience au have ever had and by the way it is a $2500 purchase. I will never, never order from Sears again.
