Drive Thru Window Service - Complaint
I love the chicken but was given inedibe flour tortillas on a 2 piece chicken combo. I voiced my concerns before when I received a crunchy chicken taco with no chicken in the shell! I was promised a coupon which I never received. The staff seems friendly but inexperienced and most speak little to no English. I have never seen an integrated staff. I wonder how they get away with a seGregated seaff in the United States of America?

Your first complaint is a fair review. The chicken is good so you'd like to see some with your taco. My guess on your second complaint would be that the workers have cards (or not, and possibly nobody cares) and they work for cheap wages.
