Amazon Complaint - Charged for book not recieved

Last book I ordered..medical...I received notification there was none in stock from company you turned me over too...I gave you my credit card and I have not received a credit ..I have been charged 9.41 this month on my credit card from Amazon and the other company has not given me back any credit at all...To make things worse, my card was compromised and Citibank has called and closed it while sending me another..Some one here owes me $18.00 plus change.@!! I will be happy to spend it on Amazon if you show that I have the credit but I iwll not deal with smaller book stores via you again.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company for merchandise never received.

I agree with Skye - if you received nothing and this was purchased using a credit card, it seems like a perfect charge to dispute (ASAP).
