Im nolonger with Qwest its been more then a year, but there is still a @q.com email out there, that has been hacked and I have tryed to get Qwest to do somthing about it they where vary rude and just don't care , I would not recommend this comy to any one they raelly have no concern for you!!

Try contacting with their corporate HQ (1801 California St., Denver, CO 80202) at (800) 244-1111 and see if they can help with this.
