Fountain Tire- Penticton Complaint - Tire Problem - Tire Purchase Flats

I have purchased tires and services from fountain tire in penticton since the 80's and have been happy with the service. I have also bought and gave away 3 vip cards from them. Recently I had purchased six new tires for my cube van. About a year later I got a flat on the front left, so brought it in for repair (flat repairs are free if you buy the tires there) they could not repair the tire because their installer damaged the bead of the tire, the tire had less than 5000km on them. They had to order another tire for me and I came in the following week to have it installed. Then he gave me a bill for $75.00 For the prorated warranty on the tire! I refused to pay that amount because it was there fault the tire was damaged. He argued that it would have been fine if I didn't gat a flat, and that was not their fault!

So he charged me $25.00 For the flat repair (normally free). I was also looking at some wheels while I was waiting for the repair and asked him the price..He said "i don't know, I have to look it up" and never did. Then he said he was too busy to redo my invoice, so he would mail it to me..Never got it. They lost a long term customer..I will be buying new tires this week for my Dodge ram...They will not be purchased from fountain tire. I hope this oversized man gets canned.
