Peninsula Honda Complaint - Customer service and sales rep

VIRGINIA -- The sales representative and finance department very unprofeonal on handling of my business. They refuse to sell me a car and not letting me know what was said from the Finance department. Sales representative stated that he was going to call me in the early afternoon and failed to do so. I had to call twice and no response. He called me at 9p and stated no deal without a co-signer and he began laughing. I will never deal with this dealership.

I'm sorry that you were turned down for credit. Do you know what your current credit score is or if you have problems on any of your credit reports?

You might try a separate bank or credit union for a loan.
