FLORIDA -- One would think that using a site like Proflowers that they would expect the highest quality of product. Since I was not able to purchase flowers from a local florist at the time, I decided to use Proflowers Florist Express to get the flowers to my sick aunt sooner. When I was able to vist her and saw the arrangement that was sent I was extreamly disapointed in Proflowers. If I had not seen the flowers personally I would have
thought that the order was delivered to the standard that were paid. I purchased the premium flowers, paying over $80 including express delivery. What I saw was a small vase of very nice flowers, but NEVER would I have paid over $80 for what was delivered. It makes me wonder how many people are being ripped off daily by using this service.

I am still very disapointed in Proflowers.

Thanks for warning others. There have been many complaints against this flower service.

I've received some wonderful, long-lasting arrangements from ProFlowers, but I understand how they can easily rip people off. There really is no way of knowing what is sent out because most customers don't see the arrangements. Ordering from online florists will always be a risk. I understand why you are disappointed.
