Dish Network Complaint - It Sucks
TEXAS -- Dish network claims you'll not lose service and the wait weeks to do repairs while charging full service for service not received. They tell you its your box and you won't be charged for a new one then they charge 100$ on your bill anyway. Then when it goes out again in two months they charge you again. This is the third time we complained. The service only stays on 5 minutes at a time. And takes 30 minutes to redownload just to go off again. I'm not paying for service failure any mor can we sue for fraud?
