Metro PCS Executive Wireless Complaint - Not Able To Speak To A Live Person
PORT SAINT LUCIE, FLORIDA -- I wanted to make a payment for a family member online from out of state. Needed to speak to a live person in customer service with all the information not a machine.
To keep the phone from being disconnected. That service stinks for senior and disable like myself. I think all companies should think about older people. Maybe a person just to help them.
