Cells4u Complaint - Very Bad Customer Service

PARSIPPANY, NEW JERSEY -- Very Bad experience..I brought a Sony Ericsson $209 DLS but I don't like and I email to return department also I call many times to customer service but I don't receive any respond very bad shop experience. They don't have customer service is just voice mail (973) 257-3541.

Looking at their returns policy, the phones they sell that are not special sale/limited are returnable and you must email them within 7 days. If your phone was not a special order, it is of great concern that they are not returning your messages.

I don't know if you can contest the charge if you used a CC since you have the item. When did you receive the item? Send the email?
