T-Mobile Complaint - Predatory fees
We are warning everyone we can to stay away from T-Mobile. Their cell service is spotty, dropped calls with many areas of no service. They don't care about complaints. They say they "don't guarantee service everywhere or at all times." When we canceled, even though it was well past our initial contract period, we were charged $600 in termination fees. We had been told by various agents that the termination fee would be waived, would be only $100, "might be as high as $300." Only after we finally changed to a company with reliable service were we charged $600. We called to complain, and they assured us that they had adjusted the charges while we were on the phone, but then they billed us later for the full amount. You can't trust anything they say on the phone. You can't get through to anyone who will help. If you want decent service, go with ANY company other than T-Mobile.
