GRAFTON, OHIO -- A girl pulled out in front of me when I had the right-a-way. Her insurance company, Progressive, had agreed to pay for it to be fixed. We set up an appointment for them to come look at it on Monday. They didn't show up until after we had called them on Wednesday. My car was my graduation gift, a brand new Focus. The car was only 3 months old when she hit it. Two cracks were in the car bumper and they called my mother and informed her that they wanted to glue the bumper crack, sand it down, and paint over it. We are now contacting a lawyer as they will not listen to us, when it is not their car to make a decision over. Keep in mind that when it comes to Progressive Auto insurance, they care more about their money than the people.
