Review by jaang090555 on 2011-10-14
CORONA, CALIFORNIA -- When I exchanged my I phone I deposited $254.88 And I returned an old phone a little bit late.. So I called the Verizon service center and they said would be returned soon and texted to my phone...But the next day they said could not..

Since last Aprill they did not give the deposit money back to me... What should I do for it? I am a weakness person to get the money back from the Verizon...

I had a hard time understanding exactly what you are trying to say, but I get the feeling that you placed a deposit on a phone that had not yet been released and were unhappy with the transaction.

I find the release of new Apple products as a great opportunity to save some money. When the iPad 2 came out, I got my wife the iPad 1 and saved about $200. When the iPhone 4S was released, I went to the Apple site and upgraded my wife's phone to the iPhone 4 for $99. In my opinion, newer doesn't equal a must have. She is very satisfied with her iPad and I am sure she will be ecstatic when her iPhone arrives tomorrow.

Lesson here is not to fall victim to the hype, do your research and see if you really need the upgrade(s).
