Sprint Complaint - Telemarketing personnel should not be handled with heavy accent
FLORIDA -- Just now I called Sprint and tried to find out switching my existing plan to another one. The lady on the phone not only has a very heavy accent, but also spoke very fast which made it very difficult to understand what she was talking about. At the end I got too frustrated to continue the conversation. I did ask her to speak slower, I thought this might compensate for the accent, but she carried on as usual.
Since telemarketing is so common nowadays, I think company should at least get someone with minimal or pure English speaking personnel to handle the task.
