Bucci's Brick Oven Italian Restaurant Compliment - Bucci's Brick Oven, Great Food, Great Service!!!

CLEVELAND, OH -- I made my first visit to Bucci's Brick Oven Italian Restaurant today for lunch.

My first impression when I walked in was, 'Wow, this is really nice'. It was exceptionally clean, the employees' appearance were all very neat, clean and professional. We were greeted at the door and seated right away.

Our server introduced herself and offered us something to drink as soon as we were seated in our choice of table or booth. I thought, being it was just just around noon, we'd have a long wait. But, we didn't have any wait at all. I ordered the Chicken Pomodoro, which was Angel Hair pasta with grilled chicken and sauce with tomato which was cooked to perfection and was very pleasing to the eye. My niece ordered the Angel Hair pasta with shrimp...not sure what kind of sauce was on it, but it was a white type of sauce. They didn't shrimp out on the shrimp either, they were large shrimp and they covered the entire top of the pasta. Along with the fresh baked Italian bread and salad, it was very filling!

I was impressed, in fact before we left I even ordered a small pizza to take home for my Dad. I ordered their White pizza with mushrooms and sausage. The pizza dough is hand tossed in an open area where we can watch our pizza being made! I had a piece of the pizza just to see how it was and the crust was nice and browned with just enough crunch to it, it was really good. The prices are VERY reasonable and there's something for everyone.

Oh yeah...of course I had to go to the restroom to 'wash up' before I ate and I'm telling ya...I've never seen a cleaner public restroom! It even smelled good! They have the foam soap that is lemon scented and it leaves a nice scent on your hands when you're done. I told my niece, 'The restroom is so clean, I wouldn't mind eating my lunch in there.' and to those who know the Basher KNOWS that is one huge compliment!!!

I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice little surprise.

Oh and I'm not the ONLY one who feels this way, it is stated on the Internet that they annually net 1 to 2.5 million, so they must be doing something right!

Small world, I have been to the one in Rocky River with the Cleveland Clan. Think we just had pasta, family style.

When I worked at Sears Credit, they took our entire department there for lunch one day, Sears is just across from them, but I wasn't at work that day, they kept left overs for me...not quite the same as having it piping hot and served right away.

Excellent review Basher, and great pics. You complain that nobody takes you anywhere, but I swear I stopped by to take you to lunch today. I ended up playing parcheesi with your pop to pass the time.
