Kashi Cereal Complaint - Too Many Crumbs - Kashi Autumn Wheat Ceral

Review by carole.tehee97 on 2011-10-15
ADDY, WASHINGTON -- When the last regular available serving of Kashi Autumn Wheat Cereal is served you will find a minimum of 1-2 cups of crumbs at the bottom of the package. What can you use these for? They are too coarse for coating say pork chops or chicken.

I love the cereal, just don't like the waste!

A lot of cereals are crumbly like that when you get to the bottom of the box. I agree, it's a waste.

I agree there is a lot of waste left in the box towards the end. Might I suggest Grape Nuts

Cereal crumbs make a great topping for yogurts and desserts.

This is what happens with all shredded wheat cereal, but a minimum of one to two cups of crumbs is excessive. I've had Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal and didn't notice that amount of crumbs on the bottom.

Contact Kashi directly. They are pretty good at responding.
