Burger King Complaint - Poor Food - Tacos
ELMWOOD PARK -- On 10/16/2011 I went to Burger King store no. 272 in Elmwood Park on Harlem Ave. and Bloomingdale. I bought 2 tacos to go. The shells looked as if they put them in oil and let them sit in unheated oil about an hour until they soaked up a lot of oil, then they fried them. They were extremly greasy. These were the worst looking tacos and the worst tasting tacos I have ever tasted. They should have been ashamed to have sold them or even given them away free. I called the store to complain and they did not answer the phone even though they were still open (It was 5:32 pm when I bought them.) The receipt said that I could go to mybkexperience.com. I did, but after putting in the date, place, store, time, etc. it then said that they were finished posting surveys, and that I could only post a survey 1 time in 30 days. I have never posted a survey before, and no one in this household has posted a survey. I also went there about 3 weeks before and bought a burger and fries. Both were lukewarm. If I had known that my food would be lukewarm, (I tasted it as soon as I left), I would not have bought it.
