Liquidation channel Complaint - Buyer beware - tanzanite bracelet

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I shopped for the first time on LC. I purchased a tanzanite bracelet.
When it arrived it had a stone missing. Not good quality as they advertise.
So I returned it. It was returnable. I sent letter stating that the item was damaged and that I wanted a refund. I did not say anything about
exchange.
Approx 2 weeks later I received the item. I immediaately returned it.
With another letter asking for a refund.
And again I received the same item with my receipt stating on it ... Refund please.
I just sent it back today. With a third letter. I also called my credit card company to stop payment and notified the Better Business Bureau.
I am here writing on this message board.,

According to their site, refunds take about 3-4 weeks.
Hopefully this time they'll understand your refund request, and stop sending you out a new bracelet.

I've purchased from the LC many times and have never been disappointed. I love all my LC pieces and plan on purchasing in the future. Sorry you had a problem but I'm sure they will come through for you. Good Luck!
