Sandy Wilburn Compliment - Checking on Billing had questions

140 COOTER WAY GREENEVILLE, TENNESSEE -- I called on Monday Oct 17th got Shelia ID # of 63865 of whom gave me more insight of this Company than anyone I have every called in and talked to ever. I was very impressed with her and you sure can tell she likes her job and enjoys helping other people. I came from a Call Center of 14 years and trained and worked in Trouble Shooting/Tech Support/ and Customer Service well rounded you could say. And I loved it, when I left I even was called back to help them out in another state cause they could not get the calls down in the call center and get it grounded I did for while to help out and it did so. But I want you to know what a great person and a quality caring employee you have she is a jewel and those don't come along every day in a call center. She took the time to help me out and get me a understanding about my billing. I loved her voice she was very calming to me and gave me knowledge that I never knew about also. I know you don't just find workers like her kind every day they just don't walk in like her. I was soooooooooo happy to find someone like her. I have been laid off now for little over year and I know you feel lost without no job.
But anyhow she gave me sights for the computer to watch for free movies for free even pre-school I have a Grandson who will just love that. And that it's just to let us know thank you for being a Customer with Comcast. I really would have liked to know these sights before now, but oh well that is behind us now. Thank you Shelia ID # of 63865 you need a raise and I hope you get one soon. Fancast.com and ESPN3.com and kidzui.com.net here we come can't wait to check this out. And Thank you also Ms Shelia for explaining my billing also putting on the parental code for me and going the extra mile just to help me that does go along way with me and I'd say 100 % of the Customer's you will have Comcast please let your workers know how much you appreciate them and that they do make a difference in your world.
