St. Joesphs / Candler Hospital Complaint - Re; Employee Termination

Review by StanEllenberger@netscape.net on 2001-11-18
SAVANNAH, GEORGIA -- I am not sure where else to bring this problem too, but I have allways heard that you would listen to someone who has a problem. I am in dier need of your understanding and assistance with a problem, I need to resolve for others in my dept. as well as for myself. I humbly ask for a meeting with you to present some very troubling concerns as to how other employees and I are being treated and I am relying on your sense of fairness to all employees. Mr. Hinchey I am not better than anyone else however; I love my job at Candler and hope that i would get it back if I can bring some of this evil to the light. As a former loyal employee from your company, I wanted to bring your attention to the following: I was fired due to Jim Bragg Lying to Tom White and keeping serious issues from him and the hospital. These issues are the things i would like to discuss with you in person, I think that a lot of these issues will greatly concern you and others--like the suppresion of a report that clearly shows racial discrimination, intimidation of at least 4-employees by Jim Bragg, Ron Warnoch, Chris Nobles and Anthony Harvey. I have reports and many witnesses to the facts as I have stated them. My Termination was the result of me reporting these things in order to stop the racial discrimination and intimidation of other employees and myself so that my employees could concentrate on their jobs. Sir-- I ask you to at least hear me on these issues and if you decide that I am full of it then at least I've done my best to finish my professional job responsabilities, and I know and pray that you will do the right thing in this matter for all the people involved.------ P.S. I have been through H.R. and asked for a investigation of this matter from Mrs. Brown and still havent recieved any response form her in over 2-Months.

Thank you for your time.
