PHOENIZ, ARIZONA -- I rented a vehicle from alamo through Priceline.com. After I picked the care up the rental car company tripled the price of the car. After contacting alamo to clarify they stated that they would not honor the reservation I had with alamo. Talk about customer service. I will never rent with alamo again.

Did they say why they wouldn't honor the reservation? What price did your contract show?
