Volvo Complaint - Volvo of Nashville - Service
Service - Complaint
I $at so I could pass emissions. When they called to tell me about the problem they quoted me $1972.42 to fix the issues with the check engine light.
I thought it was a bit high, but Volvo of Nashville I thought woulod do the best job so I oked the work.
When I picked up the vehicle I did not even make it home and said engine light came back home. I was not real happy. I understand things are overlooked sometimes and figured the problem would be taken care of when I brought the vehicle back.
I came to Pick my vehicle up and low and behold VOLVO of NASHVILLE had a $573.67 bill for me I asked why they were charging me again and they said that a lot of times once they fix one thing other things happen to vehicles that they charge for. At this point because they knew I was not happy they became extremely rude and arrogant about if there is another problem they would probably charge me again.
Again I did not get hope and CHECK ENGINE LIGHT was on again. I really was not happy this time.
I give VOLVO of NASHVILLE one more chance to do the customer (me) right. They look at my vehicle and quote $424.70 to fix my vehicle. When I ask them why there is a charge they basically tell me that there that when they fix (FIX?) a vehicle other problems sometimes occur and they will always charge for their incompetence.
I will never take my vehicle to VOLVO of NASHVILLE because they are incomptent and they want a lot of money to be that way.
