Hydroxytone Informative - Fantastic Product - Product
PERKINSTON, MISSISSIPPI -- It was very difficult to find unbiased reviews on the actual results of the products. The vast majority of reviews are in regards to service and not product details. I took the risk and ordered the product on line. The product arrived within a few days and my account was charged as explained in the aggreement. I was so impressed with the product that I continued using for six months. Since, I didn't use the entire product within the allotted time, by stock was building up. After six months of product had arrived, I called to cancel, because I had three unopen containers still to use. The customer service representative I spoke with was very cordial and did exactly as I ask. My card has not been charged for anythng further. So, I'm not sure where the complaints are stemming from. My experience was rather pleasant and I am very pleased with the results of the product.

I think you are absolutely right. People get so upset with the service that they don't give the product a chance. It's good to know the product worked, and that the customer service was to your satisfaction.

I have run across a similar product. I purchased 2 EcoCanteens. After I bought them, I started to read about how badly the company was ripping people off (it was being sold via a 1-800 number on TV)
Well, I believe their complaints were legitimate about the company. I bought mine 2 for $10 from Woot and the product itself is great!

The Hydroxytone company is its own worst enemy. Instead of messing with customers, they should have just relied on the product selling itself. They alienated many customers with less than ethical tactics. It's really a shame.

When it comes to selling, how a company sells on tv can affect people from actually liking a product. I would much rather trust a company that sells a solid product that works than deal with a company that tends to charge way too much shipping, and over charge on the so called free trial (half the time, the trial starts WHEN they ship it, not when you get it) I dont think they should offer a free trial (when in fact its not free at all). Also, i read this company will not return any OPENED bottles, so that kind of defeats the purpose. At least, thats what i have read for the website and on the tv commercials. Perhaps you just got really lucky to not have gone through a lot of problems as people have on here...i have read so many bad reviews, i was wondering if any positive ones existed on this company. Good review that it worked for you, did you buy it directly from their website or another website like qvc?

Hydroxytone is sold on Home Shopping Network. If I were interested in this product, that is definitely where I would buy it. At least it can be returned for a full refund within thirty days, no questions asked. There are no automatic shipments or unexpected charges. It's the safest way to try this product.
