DHL Complaint - Pathetic Service, Felt like a practical Joke.
CALGARY -- The DHL website is difficult to navigate and the phone number is not obviously found.
The phone line is terrible with major static. I called from multiple phones wit the same static.
the customer service rep's inhouse calculation tool kept crashing and logging her out.
The customer service representative could not access the public website.
The customer service representative could not spell "SAudi Arabia".
The it took 45 minutes to get me a quote, and the customer service representative could not explain the insurance component or the quote or if the shipping was insured.
The drop off locations are at Loomis, there is abosultly no mention of this the DHL website.
The loomis drop off locations can only be found using a Google map with an expired API key rendering the search tool non functional and useless.
My question is how do you expect to run an operation without having the proper tools, training, and people dealing with your customers. My experience was totally pathetic.
Refused shipment because I didn't have a retail receipt. Store at 202 6th Ave SW, Manager's Name is Phil 403-263-8105
Did not receive a call back from the Manager
Impossible to get a hold of a responsible person on the phone.
