Sears Complaint - Sears wastes time & money
HONOLULU, HAWAII -- I bought a home that came with a brand new stove from Sears. Apparently, Sears contracted Allied Movers to deliver and install the stove. However, the installer did such a bad job - the bottom drawer falls and slide so lopsidedly and there's a gap behind the stove. I called Allied Movers and they said that Sears has to setup another appt for them to come back. I called the number on the Sears blue paper they left w/ the appliance; I got cut off 2 times and had to give info twice only to find out I had to call the local number. Called the local number and they said to call another 800#. Why the hell did they leave an 888# to call on their blue piece of paper. It was just a whole bunch of run arounds; I finally gave up to write this review so others don't ever buy any appliance from Sears.
