Courtesy Chevrolet West Colonial Complaint - Worst Service Dept and Violation of Federal and State Laws for not displaying MSRP stickers

Review by rmatthews97 on 2011-10-19
ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- In a recent visit to their Service Department I was told that I need over $2,000 dollars worth of work to my 2 year old Chevrolet Silverado which they stated was not covered by my GM Warranty. The next day I went to Carl Black Chevrolet, Buick, GMC dealership on East Colonial and they told me everything was cover under warranty within less than and hour. I spent 4 hours at the Courtesy dealership the day before. I work for the an attorney's office and looked them up on our database. This same dealership is being sued a former employee for not displaying MSRP stickers on their vehicle and is actual owned by AutoNation known for beating up gays, ripping of their employees and customers. Save yourself a headache and go to Carl Black where they won't rip you off.

What warranty service did they perform in less than an hour that was worth $2000 if you had paid for it? With maybe $90 for labor, that means they replaced parts worth about $1910.
