BudgetPetcare Informative - Poor ordering system, takes a month to ship, low price not worth the hassle

STEINBACH -- I ordered 12 cat "less than 9 pounds" Advantage Flea Control. I got an email saying I ordered a bunch of dog supplies I hadn't even looked at - I don't have a dog - and with a significantly higher total. I emailed demanding the order canceled and my Paypal refunded. They changed the order to the right items the next day and refunded me the difference - nice, but not what I wanted - I wanted it cancelled - anyone with a B2C system that bad is not worth my business.

Now, it's been over three weeks and still no delivery. It must be coming by horseback from Manitoba. Or, perhaps, bicycle courier. Their shipping policy, which I should have read more closely, promises a money back guarantee if not delivered by - drumroll - 28 business days! WTF? That's over a month!
Don't waste your time. It's a crap company. If you're in the US, stick with a company in the US. At least you'll have some recourse if things go wrong.

This is why I make my pet's flea control purchases at a local store.
