Food Lion #1683 Complaint - Horrible Management & Customer Service

HAGERSTOWN, MARYLAND -- This is the worst-run grocery store ever. Lines back-up into aisles and managers hide in their back office and don't want to come out and help the few cashiers working to get people out the door. Chronic overcharging when "MVP" (ha!) cards scans don't reduce the price like it should. Inventory issue? Who knows. The customers are irritable, the staff turn-over is tremendous. Unfortunately, no surprise - all the good ones leave! But horrible managers, like "Chris", stay to terrorize the next batch of newbies.
