Comcast (Xfinity) Compliment - Resolved Start-Up Problem
NEW JERSEY -- Had to be restarted due to upgrade to my TV package. Tried on the phone to do this with no success. Best I got was to be transferred over. Got fed up and decided to try by their internet service. This changed eveything. Got linked up with an analyst who in no time corrected the issue.
I am very pleased with the service, and knowledge of this analyst. If I ever have another problem I certainly hope I can be linked up to this person again.
