Charter Comm Complaint - Grossly Incompetent
FORT WORTH, TEXAS -- Incompetent field and in office reps, as well as bald faced liars. Seems they are always placing the blame on others when, in fact, they don't know what they are talking about. In over 2 years as a customer I've had at least 20 service calls not to mention telephone calls to remedy some malfunction, which have been many. Such a shame there is no other cable company in my area. I am seriously considering spending more money and going to Dish or Direct for my TV service and, unfortunately, going to AT&T for telephone and internet service. My recommendation is to keep clear, if you can, of Charter.
If Charter would spend the money on better training and much better equipment instead of all those high dollar TV ads they might, just might, become a better company instead of a lousy one.
