Zune Complaint - Warning! Don't Buy If You Value Personalized Customer Service.

Daughter has Zune. I am the not the owner but the payee of fees or charges for her service for this device. They have my credit information which I have been denied access to for cancellation of future charges. They have no live customer service agents via phone or website to assist. Reference is made to the website only...Pathetic money grubbers in progress, hijacking their own customers- Microsoft. Their products have always been inferior to Apple and now their customer service is even more unsatisfactory. I should have known better. Zune in Hebrew means F#%^. I guess that's what's happening to me. Don't buy it!

The Zune customer service has always been online. At its peak it has a small customer service line for billing issues but all hardware, software requests have been online. You could call the Xbox customer service since Microsoft is trying to intergrate everything in the Xbox anyway.
