Online Phonestore Complaint - They Stole $55.54 From Me

BROOKLYN, CALIFORNIA -- Purchased a "new phone system". When plugged in the display was missing. It was defective, but advertised as new. Return policy required a 15% fee and my UPS fees. Total ripoff was $55.54.
Amazon does not do this. If they has sent me a "new defective" phone, they would not have charged me a fee for returning nor postage to return.

I have been screwed under the umbrella of Amazon's guarantee!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did the seller you purchased from not have their return policy posted, or did you just not read it? I'm sorry you got busted merchandise, but even new stuff doesn't work sometimes.
