Online Phonestore Complaint - They Stole $55.54 From Me
BROOKLYN, CALIFORNIA -- Purchased a "new phone system". When plugged in the display was missing. It was defective, but advertised as new. Return policy required a 15% fee and my UPS fees. Total ripoff was $55.54.
Amazon does not do this. If they has sent me a "new defective" phone, they would not have charged me a fee for returning nor postage to return.
I have been screwed under the umbrella of Amazon's guarantee!!!!!!!!!!!!
