Sprint Complaint - No customer satisfaction
READING, PENNSYLVANIA -- I've been with Sprint for over 2 years I'm premiere customer as they call it I took my cell phone in to get looked at because it wasn't charging my port is loose. he gotta to charge he said if theres any problems bring it back so a couples of days later I have the same problem I take it back and the Sprint guy saids sorry if your screen has a crack we can't look at it when I just took it there. and I have phone insurance my insurance didn't say that if my phone gets a little crack they can fix my port where the charger goes. im so disgusted with Sprint and I pay 100.00 a month for 1 line. if anyone is gonna get a phone don't go to Sprint.
