Sprint Complaint - Bad Sprint Store and Bad Service
FRISCO, TEXAS -- Sprint service and communication of employees sucks. Bought phone and was not happy. Went to change the phone. Saw 4 different employees at different days. Each one told me a different story. One said bring phone, another said come tomorrow, another said you cannot if its over 14 days and last one said I will ask my supervisor. Anyhow went back with phone and they refused to change. Now they say I am late. Have been there twice a week for 3 weeks. Called customer service by dialing *2 and they have options that are unheard. Spoke to guy TRIP and lady PHONA, both useless people. Have been their customer but after this nightmare its time to change service because Sprint service sucks.
