TEXAS -- I purchased a computer from Dell online and it came with a problem with one of its programs. I called there tec support dept and was told my software had no warranty and I would have to pay 85.00 Dollars to get them to fix it. This computer was only two days out of the box when I noticed it and contacted Dell. I was giving the run around for a week. I was told I be getting call backs which never happened so I lost time waiting around the house, when they did call me back on this issuse I was told it would cost me 85.00 to reslove it as their software had no warranty on it just hardware.
