China Airlines Complaint - Bad Experience With the Staff at Ho Chi Minh International Airport
To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Tuyen! I am writing this letter to express my bad experience with the staff of China Airlines at Ho Chi Minh International Airport. Around 8:30am October 12, 2011 I have a hard time with the staff at the Ho Chi Minh International Airport. When we get in the entrance one gentleman ask us to pay them $20.USD they will help us to fill out the paper for us & we agreed to do that, but at the check in counter Miss [snip] who check in want us to pay them to do the paper work, we told her that we thought that gentleman will do it for us. After we said that Miss [snip] gave us attitude. Miss [snip] point at our personal purse and said that we have too many bag. I told her that we have 4 people we should have 4 personal purses. She point at us and keep saying that we have too many and she made my mom to bring them out side or those have to throw away, my Mom have to bring it out side to give it to my relatives who still waiting out side. I told her that I will file complaint about this and she really mad and point at me and told me that I can't take any bag with me even my son's pillow. I ask her name she turns her name tag to show me and quickly turn it away. I got her last name ([snip]) I really don't understand the system in Viet Nam. Every entrance you in or out they want you to pay them otherwise they stop you and give you hard time.
