Netflix Complaint - service getting worse
SALINAS, CALIFORNIA -- When I first joined Netflix, my returns would be faithly received the next day and my next dvd would be mailed the same day as the other was received. My total turn around time from mailing to receipt of the next movie was 2 days. They had people working on Saturday.
Now, it takes a 6 to 7 days. They aren't working Saturday anymore. Finding Neverland was #1 on my queue for about 6 weeks before I received it. Yet new customers don't have any trouble getting new releases.
Is this how Netflix rewards the long term loyality of a good customer?
