Bestbuy Complaint - Product for pick
SETAUKET, NEW YORK -- On October 17,2011, we ordered iPhone 4S white to Best Buy store in setauket, NY, and they asks us to deposit $50 for the said iPhone. On October 20, we received and e-mail that it is ready for pick on October 22 Sunday. On October 22, we went to the said store to pick the said item. Unfortunately the people there said the item is not there and they couldn't find it and they said the e-mail that we received is actually a system error? For me this unacceptable, because on October 22, we actually received a 2nd e-mail reminding us that the item is ther and it is ready for pick. We tried to call them and I want them to explain it to me what really happened to the item? What kind of joke is this? You went to the store for nothing?
