Ashley Furniture Complaint - Do not go there, horraible customer service, do not answer phone
NEW JERSEY -- This the worst store, they advertise so cheap, but when you get there it is a different story. They only give you three days to change your mind, which is not enough time. I bought $10,000 worth of furniture, I went back to the store a week later, and found what I bought went on sale, they will not give you the price difference, or even compromise, you get stuck. Do not go there. There three day policy is horrible. Their customer service you only get the answer machine, you leave a message, then they get back to you when they feel like it.
