Arizona Value Shuttle Complaint - Non refund of money - Shuttle service to airport

MESA, ARIZONA, ARKANSAS -- My husband & I contracted with Arizona Value Shuttle (by web site) to take us to the airport. Two days later I called the office to change the pick-up time. To my surprise I got a voice mail for Sprint. Their web site advertises "always answered by a live person". Our concern deepened when no one called back, nor could we get in touch with the office. What if we were waiting for a pick-up at the airport? Or worse waiting for them to take us to the airport! My husband and I decided we would cancel our reservation & drive ourselves feeling this company was not dependable!
That was six weeks ago! They refuse to credit our account for the $106.00 we were charged. We have had numereous phone calls with different people at the office...including one of the owners! I have just put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I feel sure this company just wants us to go away and has no intention of refunding our money!! I don't think it is too much to ask for my money to be returned for a service I did not get!! In years gone by this was called stealing!!!

Since the company is based in Arizona, try contacting the Arizona Attorney Generals Office at either (602) 542-5025 or (800) 352-8431. Also, http://www.azag.gov/contact.html
