CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I have been sent not 1 but TWO defective Monogram refrigerators. The last 12 years these defective GE monograms have dripped and sweated and leaked and caused condensation to soak into the drywall and cabinets. This unchecked water source made TOXIC kinds of BLACK MOLD grow on the back of the fridge and the drywall. Our home was tested and is contaminated with Stachybotrys, Asperigilum and several other toxic mold spores that are invisible and living in our home. GE says they will not pay the $21,000. to decontaminate our home. It has been a month and we are still waiting for them to send their remitigation company in to draft an estimate as their Oct 4th email to us said. They now say they are not going to even look into what our certified mold specialist has reported. They refuse to believe the air samples are true yet they will not send their own company out to verify or dispute what we are saying. We submitted FACTS and GE is running away from the truth. I will make it my career to let everyone I know, everywhere I go, hear about how wrong and unfair GE has treated us. DO NOT BUY GE. One day people will be wise and then GE will be sorry. GE doesn't care about consumers, they only care about their profits. Do it to me one time, shame on me BUT give me a 2nd defective refrigerator and SHAME ON YOU GE!!!!!! Integrity???? NOT!!!! RESPECT?????? NOT!!! GE BLOWS!!!!
