ABC Tree Removal Specialists Complaint - Bad Tree Removal Business

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND -- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Hired them for tree removal. Did a lousy job, and then did not return to finish what they were paid for. Owner Jerry admits to not completing job and advises that balance of money will be refunded, but it's been 5 weeks, and no refund. Calls and emails to him have gone unanswered. Yes, I should not have paid them in full, but the owner Jerry seemed to be an honest guy, so lesson learned and buyer beware! This will go to litigation, but that's my problem.

You can file a complaint with the Maryland consumer protection agency via http://www.oag.state.md.us/Consumer/index.htm or, if payment is still a problem, give the Baltimore office's Consumer Mediation Unit Hotline a call at (410) 528-8662.
